Painting a car, as a novice painter, is a VERY large undertaking (the worse shape the car, the more time it will take). The thing that this book is lacking is more talk about paint chemistry, what to look for in a paint, and how to mix the paint. When I first started reading this book my first reaction was, “I better leave this to the professionals.” As I got further in, I became more comfortable and decided to go for it.
